LOL!!!! Abbey is a Rita evacuee. :)
My brother was part of the clean up effort for Rita. He fed Abbey a hot dog and she hasn't left him since. He calls her a retriever mix. I call her a spoiled, sneaky, manipulative, pain in the butt. :)
She is a smart dog...too smart. :)
Awww, that is so sweet! We used to have a Blackmouth Cur who was just gorgeous and Abbey looks MUCH like her. Here in California nobody has seen one before so we got asked about her everywhere we went!
